By default, all our crystal chandeliers are manufactured with a gold brass body (metal parts). However, if you prefer a more modern silver (nickel-plated/chromed) look, we will gladly produce a silver version for you. Simply select the preferred color variant on the product detail page when ordering.
Transport safety is our top priority. Each chandelier is carefully disassembled into individual components, which are wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap and placed in sturdy, five-layer cardboard boxes. All shipments are fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
Despite our utmost care, a fragile part may occasionally get damaged. In such a case, please remain calm. Take photos of the damaged part and the packaging material, and email them to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. We will prioritize sending you a replacement part free of charge.
The chandeliers are delivered disassembled with a clear assembly diagram. You can assemble the arms and hang the crystal trimmings yourself by following the instructions. However, for safety reasons, we strongly recommend having a certified electrician connect the chandelier to the electrical grid.
We recommend using high-quality LED bulbs with a warm light color (2700K – 3000K), which best highlight the brilliance and refraction of light in the crystal. E14 candle-shaped bulbs are most commonly used to achieve a traditional look.
For routine maintenance, simply wipe dust off the chandelier with a soft duster. For thorough cleaning, we recommend using a special spray for cleaning crystal chandeliers. Just turn off the circuit breakers, spray the chandelier, and the dirt will drip off onto a cloth or foil placed underneath. Disassembly is not required.
Yes, as manufacturers, we can adapt to your requirements. We can adjust the height of the chandelier (shorten/lengthen the chain), the number of arms, light source layout, or create a custom chandelier according to your designs. Please contact us for custom manufacturing inquiries.

We provide an extended 5-year warranty on all our crystal chandeliers. If you are not satisfied with the chandelier, you can return it as a consumer within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in its original undamaged packaging.
