Extended 5-Year Warranty 🛡️

We provide an **extended warranty period of 5 years** for all our chandeliers. We are confident in the quality of the materials used and the precise craftsmanship. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in material and functionality of the chandelier. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation, maintenance (e.g., using unsuitable cleaning agents), or incorrect handling.


What if the Shipment Arrives Damaged? 💥

Despite our utmost care in packaging, in exceptional cases, a part may be damaged during the demanding transport. **Stay calm, we will resolve everything quickly and free of charge to your satisfaction!** Please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the package upon receipt: When receiving the package from the carrier, check if the packaging is visibly damaged (dented, torn, wet). If so, we strongly recommend writing a damage report with the driver, or possibly refusing the shipment altogether and contacting us immediately.
  2. Carefully check the contents: After unpacking, carefully inspect the chandelier and all its parts. Even minor cracks can be grounds for a claim.
  3. Photograph the damage: If you find any damage, **immediately take detailed photos of everything**. Photograph the damaged part from multiple angles, as well as the packaging material (box and internal fillings).
  4. Contact us immediately: As soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of receipt, send us an email to [email protected] with a description of the damage and all the photos taken.

Resolution: We will contact you promptly and prioritize sending you new, undamaged parts completely free of charge.


Returning Goods within 14 Days ↩️

If you are a consumer (not purchasing for a business), you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within **14 calendar days** from the date of receiving the goods.

Return Procedure:

  1. Inform us via email at [email protected] about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
  2. Carefully pack the chandelier back into its original and undamaged packaging, including all fillings, to prevent damage during return transport. The goods must be returned complete and without signs of use or assembly.
  3. Send the chandelier to our address: AA Czech Glass, U Suchého dubu 1408, 530 02 Pardubice, Czech Republic. The costs associated with returning the goods back to us are borne by the buyer.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of the undamaged and complete goods, we will promptly (no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods) refund the full purchase price back to your bank account.

Note: The right to withdraw from the contract cannot be applied to goods that have been custom-modified according to the customer's specific requirements.
