We understand that a crystal chandelier is a fragile treasure. That's why we take utmost care in its packaging and shipping to ensure it arrives safely to you, anywhere in the world. We cooperate only with proven carriers and all shipments are carefully insured.
How We Pack Your Chandeliers? 📦
For transport, we carefully disassemble each chandelier into safe parts. Individual glass components (trimmings, bowls, arms, etc.) are wrapped separately in several layers of bubble wrap and placed in smaller boxes or inserts. The chandelier body is securely fixed in the main box using polystyrene fillings or special foam to prevent any movement during transport. We exclusively use sturdy, multi-layer cardboard boxes designed specifically for the international shipment of fragile goods.
Thanks to this procedure, we minimize the risk of damage and ensure that your new chandelier arrives in perfect condition.
Production Time & Shipping Options 🚚
Each chandelier is custom-made for you with the utmost care. **Production time is usually 1 to 3 weeks.** We will inform you about the more precise delivery date after order confirmation. Subsequent shipping time depends on the destination:
